INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1. Based on available technical means and safety procedures, Tareeq al Kawther protects collected personal data against access and use of unauthorized persons, in accordance with requirements arising from the Resolution of the European Parliament and Council (EU) no. 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons due to processing personal data nad on free flow of such data and repeal of the directive 95/46/CE (GDPR).

In order to create an account and place an order in the online wholesale, the user is obligated to authorize Tareeq Al-Kawther Sp. z o.o. to process personal data included in the registration form and the order. The buyer confirms this consent by selecting a relevant box when registering the account or placing the order.

4. The personal data will be processed solely to render services by electronic means (also to create the account in the online wholesale) and to perform the sale agreement. Data processing, to the extent required to perform the agreement, is based on the buyer’s consent.

5. The personal data entered when creating the account in the online wholesale will be processed until the user has deleted its account, while data entered when placing the order will be processed until the order is fulfilled.

6. The user has a right to access its personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing, object to processing, lodge a complaint to the supervisory body as well as transfer data.

7. User have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

9. Entering personal data is voluntary but required to achieve goals related to the use of online wholesaler Tareeq al Kawther and necessary to conclude the electric services agreement and to conclude sale agreements.
